Welcome
Welcome to the Order of Malta’s first three-day retreat, which is not to be missed. It is for Knights, Dames, Auxiliary and Provisional members of the Order, with spouses welcomed and encouraged, as well as Chaplains of our Order.
We are capped at 200 people, so early registration is suggested.
The retreat will be from July 12, 2024 to July 14, 2024, at our headquarters on the campus of St. Patrick’s Seminary in Menlo Park. There will be ample opportunities for peace, celebration, fraternity and spiritual growth through communal and individual prayer, numerous conferences, and breaking bread together.
It will consist of a variety of speakers discussing different topics, allowing reflection on “How do we live our lives according to the history and traditions of the Order of Malta?”
There will be plenary sessions for everyone, and breakout sessions covering more specific topics. Participants can join any of the sessions, but are encouraged to take breaks for silent reflection, confession, spiritual direction, stations of the cross and other personal time.
Chaplains of our Order will conduct many of the sessions, but there are others who have agreed to present topics. We will be adding speakers as the retreat approaches. Please check back here to see the additions.
